Garden Management Course, presented by David Wingate and hosted by the Bermuda Zoological Society.  The course entails one afternoon (Saturday March 4th) with 2 presentations by David Wingate – the first  will set the stage and cover why invasives are such a problem on oceanic islands, the second will be a review of the present crisis, which plants are invasive and why they are a problem. A third presentation, by Lisa Greene, will be about attracting wildlife to your garden. The following morning (Sunday March 5th) will be a field trip that will show participants how to deal with invasives, including demonstrations of how to use a weed wrench, loppers, etc.
